Our warranty

Nell Gray Uniform Concepts takes pride in the quality of its products. Any items that are believed to be faulty must be presented to their store of purchase as soon as the fault occurs and may need to be sent away to be assessment by company specialists to identify if any manufacturing fault is present. If an item is faulty it will be repaired or replaced. Warranty extends to 28 days after purchase.
