The factory is fully automated with sophisticated machinery and production procedures enabling us to produce a wide range of quality garments at competitive prices and superior lead times. The ownership of this factory means that we have complete control over our products and the manufacturing process which is quite unique in the school wear market in Australia

A strategic development of Nell Gray has been the establishment of Uniform Concepts, a retail program which offers a Total Apparel Management solution delivering a no cost tailor made package to schools who want the benefits of a professionally run uniform shop within the school environment without the associated financial and management implications.
Since its inception in 2007 Uniform Concepts has grown to be the market leader, now operating uniform programs for over 100 Schools/Colleges, some of the largest in the state. With the outstanding success of this program and the benefits offered to the schools we proudly accepted the ‘Textile Clothing & Footwear Industry Award’ for outstanding business excellence in 2009.
We recently initiated the next phase of Uniform Concepts which was the introduction of three uniform Super Stores in Busselton*, Clarkson, Inglewood, Jandakot, Joondalup, and Willetton which are now trading 6 days a week. The introduction of Uniform Concepts Super Stores has allowed us to extend the scope of our services to the school wear industry.
As of July 2019, Willetton Uniforms has now joined Uniform Concepts, bringing the total of Uniform Concepts schools to 123 schools across Western Australia.
