The following information is intended as a guide to indicate availability of volume items for supply in this contract.
It indicates the product lines being held by the Nell Gray Manufacturing in High and Low volume areas.
HIGH VOLUME LINES
These are the items which are held in stock and on a shorter lead time, allow 2 weeks for delivery if inclusive of embroidery.
LOW VOLUME LINES
These are colours in items being ordered in smaller volumes and may or may not be available from stock - manufacturing should be between 2 to 4 weeks.
CUSTOM LINES
These are colours in items being requested by specific hospitals which deviate from the core colours available. These items are cut and made to order and will take approximately 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. The factors determining the delivery lead times will be availability of raw materials at the time of placing the order and production capacities. Fabric availability is key to customization of orders and it is suggested that you check availability of colours of fabric should you wish to proceed with this option.
