COVID-19 Transition into the Community
With the prominance of COVID-19 cases within the community, Uniform Concepts will ensure to keep all our customers and staff safe.
All customers are required hand sanitise, social distance, and wear a mask when entering the store, unless exempted.
Medical proof of an exemption is required.
As the WA State Goverment continues to monitor community spread, Uniform Concepts will ensure we respond proportionately.

COVID-19 June Snap 4 Day Lockdown
As per the state government’s announcement, all stores are closed (except Busselton and Bunbury Super Store) from Tuesday 29st of June. Subsequently, appointment bookings and online-order pickups are canceled.
All stores are closed for the first week of Term 2 break, as per normal. Stores will reopen (pending State Government guidelines):
- Monday 12th July: Inglewood, Jandakot, Joondalup, Willetton Super Store;
- Wednesday 14th: Bunbury and Busselton Super Store; and
- Thursday 15th July: Clarkson Super Store.

COVID-19 June Update
As of 9 am Monday 28th June 2021, Uniform Concepts Stores,t o adhere to the State Government’s guidelines and rules, the following changes will be applied to our stores.
No Mask No Entry
All members of staff and customers are required to wear mask by law. The only exemption are children under the age of 12 and people with a health condition preventing mask wearing.
SafeWA App & Contact Registry
All members of staff and customers are required to scan the QR code or fill out the mandatory contact registry form provided at the entrance of the store.
Hand Sanitation
We encourage for all to use the hand sanitisers provided at the entrance of the store and at the till.
Limiting Store Capacity
Social distancing requires a 2 sqm per person rule, therefore these are the following maximum capacity for each store:
- 2 households - Bunbury Super Store
- 2 households - Busselton Super Store
- 4 households - Clarkson Super Store
- 4 households - Inglewood Super Store
- 4 households - Jandakot Super Store
- 4 households - Joondalup Super Store
- 5 households - Willetton Super Store
Click & Collect
Click & Collect customers will require to scan SafeWA QR code or fill out the mandatory contact registry as it is considered similarly to ‘take-a-way’ services at restaurants. Customers requiring click & collect do not have to join the queue to enter the store. Please have your order number and make the door concierge know you are only requiring a click & collect.
As we navigate through this unusual step out of restrictions, we will adjust and improve specially our response, catered to each store.

To adhere to the State Government’s guidelines and rules, the following changes will be applied to our stores.

COVID-19 Response for the Holiday Season & January (Back to School)
Holiday Closures
All stores are closed from 1pm 19 Dec 2020 and re-open at 9am on Monday 4 Jan 2021.
Online Ordering will remain open during the festive break and will be processed when the store reopen, a text message will be sent when the order is ready for Click & Collect or posted for delivery.

We all know WA have done incredibly well during the COVID-19 pandemic and we at Uniform Concepts are very appreciative to all our customers who have adapted to the changes we have made to date within our stores.
As we approach the very busy January period, and to ensure the continued safety of our customers and staff, we will be limiting the number of customers within the store to adhere to the physical distancing requirements.
As such, we have introduced an appointment system for anyone who requires a fitting service and would encourage you to take advantage of this to avoid longer than normal wait times. “Exchange & Refunds”
If you need to try on different sizes, please make an appointment, if you are simply swapping sizes or require a refund, visit our store.
“Walk-Ins”
Online ordering and appointments are preferred, however customers can still visit our store at their discretion – wait times may vary depending on the day and time.
Hygiene at our Stores
Hand sanitiser is provided on entry to our store for customer use and our uniform samples and fitting rooms are sprayed several times a day with a disinfectant spray.
To further assist with limiting customers in store, we kindly request that only one parent is present with their child during a fitting.

Are feeling unwell
Have travelled from interstate or overseas
Have had close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19
Are awaiting a COVID-19 test result
Have tested positive for COVID-19

We are continuly ensureing our COVID-19 response is update to date with State restrictions.
ALL UNIFORM CONCEPTS SUPER STORES HAVE RETURNED TO NORMAL OPERATING HOURS.

The health and safety of our customers, staff members and their families remain our highest priority. Nell Gray is currently constantly reviewing the steps we can make to remain active during this unprecedented situation to maintain our service to all our customers, and to also mitigate the risks of COVID-19.
Therefore we have made the necessary changes to our company, and will keep all our valued customers updated as best we can.
Head Office
- We have implemented members of our office staff to work from home;
- Our physical office will still remain open for the movement of stock;
- We are well equipped for our staff to maintain our level of service working remotely from head office;
- You will still be able to call our office and be transferred to any Nell Gray team member; and
- We are no longer allowing visitors or meetings at our office.
Our Health Department
Nell Gray has been deeply touched by the efforts of all health workers across the globe and especially here in Australia. We are proud to be able to help our Western Australian Health industry such as hospitals, health clinics, and GPs during this time.
Nell Gray and our factory in Vietnam is prioritising to service our Health industry above all else and has prioritised the production of all health-related orders. We are remaining dedicated and vigilant to supply the demand.
To help us fast track requests:
- health workers are not allowed to visit our offices during this time; and
- orders are emailed through and must come with a valid identification.
Exchanges and Returns
Members of our Health Industry are at high risk, and we understand that health uniform is important for identification and as well as hygiene.
Therefore, for the health and safety of our staff members we are unable to accept any exchanges or returns at this moment.
Exchanges and Returns will be processed at a later date when it is deemed safe for normal business to resume.

Wholesale Customers
Our Sales Representatives at Nell Gray will remain in contact with all our wholesale customers during this time. We will endeavour to update customers on existing orders and will personally contact you via by calling or video conference as we try and maintain our social distancing.
Uniform Concepts
For the safety of all our workers, it has become necessary for us to make changes to our Super Stores and On-Site Stores. We are continuing to deliver our service whilst making sure we comply with Fedral and State restrictions and safeguarding our customers and staff through the recommendations of the health experts.
