Returns & Exchange Policy

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

1. RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.



2. RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, you have two options available:

  1. In-store return: You may also bring the item directly to the designated Uniform Concepts store where it was originally purchased or dispatched. Please ensure that all conditions are met before returning in person.

 

Conditions for Returns:

  • Returned items must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Returned items must have the original packaging and swing tags still attached to the garments.
  • All returns must be sent to, or brought to, the original store where the item was purchased or dispatched from.



3. REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item for your return or exchange to be processed. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
 

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, for example:

  • If the purchase was made in cash, the refund will be returned in cash.
  •  If the purchase was made by card, the refund will be returned to the same card used for the original transaction.



4. EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Worn Items
  • Unpackaged Items
  • Removed Tag Items

Please Note: Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
