Uniform Concepts is closed for the first week of Term 1, 2 & 3 School Holidays.
How to submit an order form
We understand that sometimes it is not possible or practical to visit your Super Store or independent on-site store to purchase school uniforms.
If you are already aware of what items and sizes you require and wish to place an online order please see the below instructions:
- Select your store from the "Uniform Concepts" dropdown menu (or select Independant On-site Store if the uniform store is located at the school)
- Find your school and download the pdf uniform order form
- Fill in the required quantities and sizes for the items you require
- Select postage option if you do not wish to collect from your store and would like your order to be delivered
- Fill in your student's details and payment details. (IF YOU REQUIRE POSTAGE PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE COMPLETED POSTAL ADDRESS DETAILS)
- Email your pdf order form (complete with your order details) as an attachment to the relevant email address (this will be the email address for your superstore or independant store)
- Await email confirmation
