  • Lead times are agreed during onboarding and locked into your supply schedule with forecasting windows and call‑off options. Our owned and operated Vietnam facility gives us direct control over capacity planning and production sequencing.

  • MOQs depend on fabric, colour, and decoration method. We can reduce effective MOQs via shared base fabrics, consolidated ordering, call‑off schedules, and stock‑supported colourways where appropriate.

  • We use a structured approval process (lab dips/strike‑offs, pre‑production samples, size sets, sealed samples) plus in‑line and final inspections. Traceability, test reports (as required), and agreed AQL standards underpin repeatable results across programs.

  • Yes. Many wholesale customers move to a fully managed program with Uniform Concepts (WA) or Devon Clothing (SA). We migrate approved styles/SKUs, set up online portals and POS, align stock plans, and manage changeover communications with minimal disruption.
